SHIPPING
THANK YOU FOR ORDERING WITH MYOWNDYNASTY COLLECTION!
We ship all products through USPS, FedEx or Dhl. Tracking numbers will be assigned to each shipment and made available to customer when the order is ready to ship. Processing and shipping are two separate time frames and do not change one another. All orders require a 1-2 business days processing time and 2-5 business days for delivery depending on the option selected. For overnight shipping, please contact us at contact.dynasty@yahoo.com. There are multiple shipping options available at checkout.
Domestic Shipping

- Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days
International Shipping
- 5-10 Business days
Shipping cost is determined and displayed in cart at checkout and so are taxes for both domestic and international shipping.

Surcharges and Import Taxes
Customs Duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. The purpose of Customs Duty is to protect each country's economy, residents, jobs, environment, etc., by controlling the flow of goods, especially restrictive and prohibited goods, into and out of the country. Some countries are very strict with customs and may hold your package at the customs location. If your package is being held they will contact you or MyOwnDynasty Collection.
MyOwnDynasty Collection is always here to assist our customers in retrieving your package so if you need assistance in organizing the next steps to receive your package just shoot us an email.
If customs fees are required you must pay them before your package is released from customs or it will be required upon delivery. MyOwnDynasty Collection is not responsible for customs fees. In the event that you refuse delivery of your package the courier will return the items to MyOwnDynasty Collection. If this happens any fees associated with customs fees, and return shipping as well as original shipping cost will be billed to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit due to customer upon return of the package.
DELIVERY
We ask that you check to see all orders and information is correct before placing your order.
We will not be responsible for delays or any issues during transit with courier, damaged or lost items with courier. Wrong delivery due to misinformation by customer.
RETURNS
There are NO RETURNS on orders due to Health regulations and Hygiene concerns. Only Exchange on Eligible Items.
