There are NO RETURNS on orders due to Health regulations and Hygiene concerns. Only Exchange on Eligible Items.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that shopping online is sometimes a little difficult. Without being able to touch the items and see them in person, deciding what to choose can be hard. We strive to fill orders as quickly as possible. Once placed an order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Exchange Policy
MyOwnDynasty Collection takes pride in offering only the highest in quality. We maintain a high level of quality control to insure our customer receive nothing short of the best quality hair extensions systems and products. All orders are exchange only. As a very big part of our quality assurance each and every order is inspected thoroughly before shipping to ensure that each items is of standard. Exchanges are only available for items that are deemed to be manufacture error. We encourage each customer to take advantage of all photos, videos, and relevant product information available for each item before making a purchase. Orders are eligible for exchange within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping as well as shipping cost for new items. If there is an error on our part we will rectify any situation at no cost to customer. Help us help you so you can have the hair experience you deserve, just contact us if there's a problem, or if you have questions. We're here to help. To be eligible for exchange all items must fit these requirements. NO EXCEPTIONS. If the item is received and does not fit the requirements it will be returned to you.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, untouched, unused and with tags attached) and in original packaging. No combing, brushing, finger combing etc all units must be in the same condition as they were upon arrival Including all original packaging. We will not accept exchanges of any products not in their original condition or without original packaging. - Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)
- Item(s) must be returned within 5 days of receiving your original order.
Ineligible Products
1. Items not in original condition or have odors.
2. Items were accepted more than 72 hours (3 days).
3. Custom hair extensions, special offer products, sales and wholesale orders. - All custom units are final sale. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
NOTE:
MyOwnDynasty Collection only accepts Exchange on Eligible Items. Therefore, when you get the item, please check it carefully before using. In this way, if the hair or product is not suitable you can easily contact us for exchange.
How to Exchange:
Only eligible items can be exchanged. When you want to exchange the hair extension or product, please contact us first about the problem you met, we will try our best to solve it. If your problem can’t be solved without exchange, we will be happy to accept it. Items sent back without contacting MyOwnDynasty first will be charged a 35% handling fee. -
First send us pictures of the hair or product when you decide to make exchange.
2. If you want to exchange anything for a different collection, type, texture or length, you will be charged for the price difference.
3. The return shipping of the hair extensions or products is at the your cost.
